Privacy Notice

Effective November 7, 2026. This notice covers membership in The Mind of Man Is Holy website.

Information collected

When you join through ChatGPT, the site receives a site-specific account identifier and account email. We store those with your chosen display name, blog subscription preference, the versions of the terms and privacy notice accepted, and acceptance and update dates. We do not collect a separate website password, ID document or selfie in this membership flow.

How information is used

We use membership details to operate your account, deliver requested blog updates when delivery begins, manage preferences, provide support, and investigate abuse or security problems. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information under their own policies. We do not use this signup to enroll you in unrelated businesses’ marketing.

Service providers and disclosure

ChatGPT provides sign-in and Sites hosting; Cloudflare infrastructure provides application hosting and database storage. Their processing may occur outside your country. Blog email sending is not connected yet; this notice will be updated to identify an email delivery provider before it is enabled. We may disclose information if legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect rights and safety. We do not sell or rent membership email lists.

Public information

Membership details are not currently published in a public member directory. If discussion features are introduced, the site will explain which profile details and posts become public before you publish.

Choices, retention and deletion

Use Membership to stop or resume blog updates, download your membership information or delete your membership. We retain active membership records until deletion. Deletion removes your active membership record; hosting backups or security logs may remain temporarily under provider retention practices, and records may be retained when legally required. Deleting website membership does not delete your ChatGPT account.

Cookies and security

Sign-in uses authentication cookies managed by the hosting platform. We do not add advertising trackers in this membership release. Access to membership records is restricted to authenticated account operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

This initial membership is for adults aged 18 and over. We will update this notice when data practices change. Self-service privacy controls are available through Membership.
